Transcriptome raw data of Artemisia argyi

The transcriptome sequencing of Artemisia argyi Leaves sprayed with methyl jasmonate (treatment group) and water solvent (control group) was carried out to clarify the regulatory effect of methyl jasmonate on genes related to the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites of Artemisia argyi.
