Samples were collected from the toilet seat during the non-irradiation period and the 222nm Far UV-C irradiation period, and cultured on standard agar plates, Methicillin Resistant MRSA selective agar plates, and ESBL selective agar plates and counted the colonies on each plate. Colonies on each selective agar plate were subjected to the antimicrobial susceptibility, and the genetic analysis.
