Two men walk out of a shop near a bicycle that has been leaned up against the sidewalk, along which decorative hitching posts have be placed. A sign on the second floor of a building in the extreme left foreground reads "Joseph J. Perkins Attorney at Law". Utility poles make a net of streetcar cables above the street.
