资源简介:

This study aims to how Islamic Ethical Marketing Performance is influenced by consumer-centric ethics, ethical infrastructure, ethical capability building, and cultural and social responsibility. 302 respondents provided cross-sectional data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in a quantitative manner. The following assumptions were tested: independence, homoscedasticity, linearity, normalcy, and lack of multicollinearity. All constructions' dependability was deemed satisfactory to good. It was discovered that consumer-centric ethics and ethical capability building significantly improved ethical marketing performance. However, the effects of Cultural and Social Responsibility and Ethical Infrastructure were either non-significant or weak, suggesting that CSR and policies by themselves might not be the only factors influencing ethical marketing results. The study's reliance on self-reported survey data may have limited its generalizability. To support findings, future research could include behavioral measurements or longitudinal designs. Training, ethical skill development, and customer-focused ethical practices should be prioritized by organizations. Without active participation, formal ethical frameworks or CSR programs are unlikely to result in significant advancements in marketing ethics. The study shows that infrastructure and corporate social responsibility (CSR) are not enough to drive ethical marketing, and it emphasizes the importance of competence development and consumer-centric ethics. The precise independent variable affecting Islamic Ethical Marketing Performance has not been examined in any research.
