Data and scripts: energy-balance errors in the JENDL-5 decay sub-library

Supplementary data for D. A. Yarovitsyn, "Energy-balance errors in the JENDL-5 decay sub-library: missing alpha-recoil energy, lost conversion-electron intensities and zero decay energies, and their effect on decay heat" (submitted to Nuclear Energy and Technology). The mean decay energies (MF8/MT457) of all 4071 files of the JENDL-5 decay sub-library are tested against energy conservation using only data from the same files: alpha emitters against Q-alpha, isomeric transitions against the level energy, and beta-/EC emitters against the mean energy of the daughter levels fed. The archive contains the audit scripts and their full results, the comparison with ENDF/B-VIII.1, the recalculation of the decay heat of 237Np and 241Am targets for 238Pu production with corrected energies, and the figure scripts. Third-party nuclear data are not redistributed; see README.md.
