Enhanced wind linked to ozone depletion influences photoprotective responses in Antarctic mosses via water stress

Each worksheet corresponds to one growing season.FILE: AAS_4046_Pigment data.xlsxThis file contains pigment profiles data (e.g., Chla/b, Z/Tchl, DEPS) from three moss species collected over two growing seasons: During 1999–2000 season, samples collected by Jodie Dunn on 14 dates (28 Nov 1999 – 5 Feb 2000) from three sites: Two within ASPA 135 on Bailey Peninsula (~1 km from Casey Station); One at Robinson Ridge (~10 km south). A total of 141 samples were collected (47 per species). During 2002–2003 season, samples collected by Johanna Turnbull on 20 dates (15 Nov 2002 – 1 Feb 2003), exclusively within ASPA 135. A total of 189 samples were collected (63 per species).All pigment data were obtained using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at the University of Wollongong.4.
