Microorganisms associated with Acaena macrocephala seeds at different altitudinal gradients

This study seeks to identify differences in the microbial communities of the species Acaena macrocephala. Samples were taken and DNA was extracted from seeds belonging to three different altitudinal gradients on the Batea Mahuida hill, located on the border between Argentina and Chile, near the commune of Lonquimay, in La Araucania region.
