Indisulam is a molecular glue targeting a splicing factor RBM39 for degradation. To assess splicing errors when treating the cells with indisulam, palbociclib and the combination we perform RNA sequencing and analyze splicing errors. Overall design: Transcriptomic analysis of A549 ans SUM159 cells treated with palbociclib and indisulam and controls. The experiment was performed in technical duplicates. The cells were treated with 2µM Palbociclib, 3µM of indisulam and the combniation for 16h.
