We generated an iDISCO+ dataset of CD31/Podocalyxin and SM22 immunolabeled vessels in C57bl6/J mouse brain hemispheres from P3 to P60, employing an optimized immunolabeling strategy with conjugated primary antibodies to minimize diffusion gradients. Brains were scanned with a UM2 Light Sheet Microscope (Miltenyi), at 4X NA=0.3, using horizontal focusing mode. Light sheet numerical aperture was set to 0.14. Using the ClearMap/TubeMap pipeline, we generated vascular reconstructions of female and male brains at capillary resolution across 9 time points: P3, P5, P7, P9, P12, P14, P21, P30, and P60. Unconnected vessel endings are a key property in these graphs, indicating either pruning, stalled or sprouting vessels. We implemented correction layers to reconnect artefactual vessel endings combined with AI validation. These endings are either terminated by a visible tip cell or not, with varied proportions depending on developmental age. Graphs are compressed here with 7z format. Unpackaged graphs are in the .gt format, using the python Graph-tools library.
