MIDAS velocities in California for Bayesian strain rate inference

MIDAS velocity data set used in the study "Bayesian Estimation of Surface Strain Rates from GNSS Measurements: application to the Southwestern US" by Pagani et al. submitted in 2021 to JGR. The velocities are calculated with respect to IGS14 as downloaded from the UNR website on February 2020 (http://geodesy.unr.edu/velocities/midas.IGS14.txt).
