Study on microeukaryotic biodiversity of coastal aquatic ecosystem in seaweed farming

There are a large number of algae cultivation in the southeast coastal areas of China, and there are a large number of aquaculture ponds in the coastal areas, and the aquaculture ponds are equipped with corresponding tailwater treatment ponds. All the water in the ponds comes from the seaweed farming area. We studied the effects of algal culture on Marine microbial community, the effects of algal culture on microbial community in coastal aquaculture ponds, and the changes of microbial community in water after tail water treatment.
