The dataset includes ~1700 Himawari-8 pixel locations, which were identified as wildfire hotspots by BRIGHT/AHI (Engel et al., 2021). These are crossreferenced with VIIRS detection (VNP14IMG). Sentinel-2 dNBR-related metrics are also included, alongside IBRA Bioregion and State. This dataset was used in Chatzopoulos-Vouzoglanis et al. (2024).
