The non-CBNRM estimate for food security and health indicators in 2003 is the regression constant, in 2007 it is the constant plus the 2007 dummy coefficient, in 2012 it is the constant plus the 2012 dummy coefficient. CBNRM estimates include the constant, the CBNRM dummy, the year dummies and the CBNRM*year interaction term coefficients.
