Supplementary Data for: van der Vinne et al. (2019) Ecology Letters

This archive contains the supplemental data underlying the analyses presented in van der Vinne et al. (2019) Ecology Letters. Supplemental Data 1 contains the inputs, scripts and outputs of the modeling analyses presented in Figure 1, 4D and S1 of the paper. The analyses underlying each of the figure elements is presented in a separate folder. All outputs of the presented data are present in the 'Output' subfolders of the relevant folder. All analysis scripts were written in SciLab 6.0.1 (www.scilab.org/download/). In order to run the scripts, update the file path on line 4 of the script of interest to the file path on the local computer. Supplemental data 2 contains the Animal data underlying Figures 2, 3, and 4 of the paper. These datafiles are stored as MS Excel files.
