This dataset includes both experimental and computational electrophysiology data that support the findings of the study, "Localizing Beta Synchronous Neurons in the Subthalamic Nucleus Using Directional DBS Recordings and Patient-Specific Biophysical Modeling." The dataset comprises:<b>Processed electrophysiological recordings</b> obtained from directional deep brain stimulation (DBS) electrodes in human subjects.<b>Model </b><b>electrophysiological recordings</b> generated from patient-specific simulations.<b>Custom MATLAB scripts</b> used to analyze the data and generate all figures presented in the manuscript.All data are de-identified and shared in accordance with ethical guidelines.
