资源简介:
Deficiencies in member of the histone H3 lysine 4 trimethylation (H3K4me3) complex-ASH-2, WDR-5, and SET-2 (the H3K4 methyltransferase) functioned in germline to increase the susceptibility to pathogen bacteria pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA14) through down-regulated the immune response genes. Overall design: Place wild-type nematode N2 and mutant nematode RB1304, wdr5.1 (ok1417) in a culture medium coated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa for 24 hours to test their innate immune ability against C. elegans.
