MKRN1 Regulates the Expression Profiles in HeLa Cells

To disclose the influence of MKRN1 on the proliferation of HeLa, the MKRN1 inhibitor expression model in HeLa cells was constructed by transfection with MKRN1 siRNA lentivirus (the shMKRN1 group). Simultaneously, the empty lentivirus was transfected into HeLa cells as a control group (the control group). The main purpose of this study was to investigate the mRNA expression profiles and the downstream signaling pathways in HeLa Cells with the inhibitor expression of MKRN1.
