资源简介:
Histone lysine crotonylation (Kcr) is a newly discovered post-translational modification (PTM) existing in mammalian. To assess relevance in histone Kcr and genome, we performed on genomic localization analysis of histone Kcr by ChIP-seq analysis. To explore the in vivo function of histone Kcr in plants. We performed ChIP-seq analysis with the pan anti-Kcr antibody to determine the genomic distribution of histone Kcr in the rice seedling tissue consisting mainly of leaves with a small proportion of stem tissues. Two biological replicates of ChIP-seq libraries were constructed and then sequenced using the HiSeq 2500 platform with the paired-end method. To further validate the whole genome data of histone Kcr, we selected another antibody specific for H3K14cr, following by ChIP-seq analysis with two biological replicates.
