EmoLex.SR - Emotion Lexicon of Serbian Words

<p>The EmoLex.SR emotion lexicons for the Serbian language include multi-label emotion annotations for the Serbian lemmas with identified emotional tone.&nbsp;</p><p>The Serbian emotion lexicons were developed in two complementary versions:&nbsp;</p><ol><li><strong>EmoLex.SR-v1</strong> is a translated and adapted version of the widely used EmoLex lexicon for English, ensuring cross-linguistic consistency.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>EmoLex.SR-v2</strong> expands previous resource by enriching it with Serbian lemmas whose emotional affect was identified through dedicated studies and domain-specific analyses.</li></ol><p>Both versions are provided in JSON format, supporting multi-label annotations aligned with Plutchik’s emotion categories.&nbsp;</p><p>Each entry contains the lemma, possible emotion categories based on Plutchik’s categorization (+ neutral category), and associated intensity scores.&nbsp;</p><p>The JSON format ensures the lexicons are easily reusable, machine-readable, and adaptable for various NLP tasks such as affective text analysis, classification, or sentiment enrichment.</p>
