Dataset for the manuscript: Triatoma dimidiata, domestic animals, and acute Chagas disease: A 10-year follow-up after an eco-bio-social intervention

This dataset supports the study on the long-term impact of eco-bio-social interventions on Triatoma dimidiata infestation, Trypanosoma cruzi infection, and acute Chagas disease cases in Comapa, Jutiapa, Guatemala. The study includes entomological surveillance, molecular detection of T. cruzi, bloodmeal analysis, environmental DNA sampling, and acute disease case follow-ups conducted between June and August 2022. Data provided includes triatomine collection records, infestation and colonization indices, molecular analysis results, and surveillance data for domestic dogs and human cases.
