Dataset for: “Symbiotic bacteria and pest control: pesticides and entomopathogens”

This repository contains all the data and scripts needed to recreate the analyses presented in Thia et al.’s manuscript <i>Symbiotic bacteria and pest control: pesticides and entomopathogens</i>.The analyses are broken into two parts.1) A series of re-analyses of previous studies to extract useful responses statistics following chemical or entomopathogen exposure.2) A meta-analysis of chemical and entomopathogen response statistics to quantify effect sizes.All analyses are conducted in an R environment and can be run using RStudio.
