Metagenome Analysis of Selaginella bryopteris (L.) Baker

Selaginella bryopteris is a medicinally important pteridophyte. The current study aims to evaluate the metagenome profile of this species using Illumina Miseq technique. The results provide a dataset of the most abundantly found endophytes associated with this species which may play an important role in regulating the growth and metabolite profile of this plant.
