Interactive Supplementary Plots for Compositionally Graded Ba(Hf1-xZrx)S3 Perovskite Solar Cell Simulations
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains 16 interactive 3D scatter plots generated using Python and Plotly, accompanying the manuscript on the device physics of compositionally graded BaZrS₃ chalcogenide perovskite solar cells. The simulations systematically explore four grading strategies—Linear, Parabolic, Power-Law, and Logarithmic—and their influence on key photovoltaic performance metrics. Each grading profile includes interactive plots for: Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE) Open-Circuit Voltage (Voc) Short-Circuit Current Density (Jsc) Fill Factor (FF) The plots visualize the dependence of device performance on absorber thickness, donor density, and compositional grading parameters specific to each profile. These visualizations enable an intuitive understanding of how electronic structure modification and field gradients shape carrier collection and recombination mechanisms. The file combined_interactive_plots.html provides a structured 4-tab interface—one tab per grading profile—embedding all 16 interactive plots. Individual Plotly-generated HTML files are also included to ensure full reproducibility and offline accessibility. This dataset is intended as a supplementary interactive resource for reviewers and readers, complementing the static figures presented in the manuscript. To view the interactive figures, download the ZIP archive and open combined_interactive_plots.html in any modern web browser. No software installation required.
