Melechov PhD ELN Open Source Mycetoma

Electronic Laboratory Notebook from the PhD work of Dmitrij Melechov at the School of Pharmacy, UCL. The ELN is, at the time of deposition, online at https://tinyurl.com/MycetosDmitrij. This file is a zipped "offline copy" in case the primary source becomes unavailable. The project is part of Open Source Mycetoma, led by Prof Matthew Todd at UCL, which may be found at https://github.com/OpenSourceMycetoma. The aim of the overall project is to discover new small molecule drug leads for the treatment of a neglected tropical disease of the skin, eumycetoma. The file is a compressed zipped file of the laboratory notebook. It is viewable in any web browser. The majority of the content consists of descriptions of experiments in synthetic organic chemistry, and the ELN pages contain the associated data, such as 1H NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, but also observations about the chemical reactions. At the time of deposition, the work is being incorporated into a research publication.
