Metagenomic sequencing, assembly and annotation of lichenised fungal mycobionts (MAGs) for molecular systematics of Teloschistaceae family and to explore secondary metabolome evolution. We assembled 83 new, high-quality lichenised fungal genomes successfully from metagenomic data with a focus towards the megadiverse Teloschistaceae and taxa that produce anthraquinones.
