资源简介:
The project aims to elucidate the regulatory mechanisms of wetland restoration on bacterial communities in coal mining subsidence lakes. By conducting 16S rRNA sequencing on 24 sediment samples from five subsidence lakes in Huainan City, Anhui Province, China (natural lake SS, wetland-restored lake TS, and unmodified lake XS), combined with diversity, network, and environmental factor analyses, it was found that wetland restoration significantly increased bacterial a diversity (P < 0.01), and drives changes in community structure and function; environmental factors (phosphorus, organic carbon) are key drivers of community succession. Wetland restoration alters nutrient resource distribution, thereby influencing the stability of bacterial interaction networks . The data provide scientific evidence for the microbial response mechanisms in the ecological restoration of subsidence lakes.
