It collects genes, proteins, experimentally validated interactions and signaling pathways associated with microbial infection in humans, mice and cattle. This database integrates known interactions and pathways from major public databases alongside manually curated data, providing comprehensive coverage of innate immune interactions. To date, a total of 18,780 interactions have been manually curated by the InnateDB curation team.
