High dose isoleucine stabilizes nuclear PTEN to suppress the proliferation of lung cancer

To explore the potential mechanism of isoleucine anti-tumor, we performed transcriptome data analysis of LLC mouse tumor xenograft model. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of tumor tissues in two groups (Control & Isoleucine). Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for tumor tissue from mice treated with isoleucine or PBS.
