RNAseq of a novel hepatocyte subpopulation (Cxcr2hi) after acetaminophen exposure (300mg/kg) reveals distinct upregulation of genes involved in macrophage/neutrophil recruitment, specifically Cxcl14. Overall design: mRNA expression profiles of flow sorted hepatocytes (Cxcr2hi) in APAP and control mice. APAP was administered i.p at 300 mg/kg and hepatocytes were collected via FACs at 24h post APAP.
