Bacteria were collected on TCBS at 20 C supplemented with chloramphenicol from oyster and water samples, then sequenced either in pool.In total, 12 pools were formed: six from oyster fabrics and six from water.Pool-Sequncing data was sequenced on the Perpignan sequencing platform in 2x150.
