Transcriptomic analysis of murine Ttc7a deficient hematopoietic stem cells

Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) are the most primitive cell population of the immune system. Hence, it is essential to better understand the mechanisms regulating the functions of these cells. In this study, we seek to determine the role of the protein TTC7A in the function of HSCs by unveiling deregulated pathways and functions associated to Ttc7a loss. This study may have important implication in the understanding of the immune system, hematology and cancer.
