To investigate the role of STING agonist and IL-35 blocking antibodies in the regulation of NK cell function, tumor-infiltrated NK cells were flow cytometrically separated from control (IgG), cGAMP, anti-IL-35, or combination treated groups We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of tumor-infiltrated NK cells sorted from four groups. Overall design: We constructed mouse pancreatic tumor models and treated the tumor bearing mice with i.v injections of STING agonist and i.p injections of IL-35 blocking antibodies. On day 21, we sorted out tumor-infiltrated NK cells from control (IgG), cGAMP, anti-IL-35, or combination treated groups
