Code and anonymized data for: Plasmacytoid dendritic cells and M2 macrophages are associated with clinical outcomes in human papillomavirus–independent vulvar squamous cell carcinoma

Analysis code (R Markdown scripts) and anonymized data accompanying Peñuelas, Sisuashvili, et al., Front. Immunol. 2026;17:1922286. The record contains the filtered HTG EdgeSeq count matrix (10,513 genes × 70 vulvar squamous cell carcinomas), the anonymized clinicopathological and immunohistochemistry data with a data dictionary, and all scripts used for immune deconvolution (xCell, EPIC, quanTIseq, MCP-counter), survival analyses and immunohistochemical validation.
