Results of enrichment analysis for upregulated and downregulated gene groups selected based on HN-score (gene expression evaluation index). Enrichment analysis was performed using GOAtools (version 1.4.12) with GO annotation (Ensembl Plants release 58) on a selected group of rice genes.
