Dataset for: Combined antifungal activity of chitosan and Dysphania ambrosioides essential oil against Candida biofilms

This dataset contains the raw and processed data supporting the results of the study evaluating the antifungal activity of chitosan and Dysphania ambrosioides essential oil against planktonic cells and biofilms of Candida species. The dataset includes CFU counts data, biomass quantification (crystal violet assay - CV) and CFU statistical analyses.
