Potential Microbial Pathogens In Urine From Healthy Children

Metagenomic next generation sequencing (mNGS) for clinical urine testing were scarce, and the microbial composition in urine in healthy children was unknown, which made the clinical settings for urinary tract infection (UTI) pathogen identification difficult. This study investigated the abundance of known UTI pathogens in healthy children to provide a reference of microbial composition in child urine.
