Data for "Chromatin Dynamics are Highly Subdiffusive Across Seven Orders of Magnitude"
收藏资源简介:
For MINFLUX experiments we provide both the raw .msr files as well as extracted .npy (which can be read by python's numpy library). This manual extraction was performed in Imspector v16.3.16520. For SPT experiments we provide tracks in .xml format. Finally, data.zip contains processed data in HDF5 (.h5) format; see below for details. We strongly recommend also checking our code repository on GitHub or Zenodo, especially for using the processed data in data.zip. Files raw_data__MINFLUX__L-Sweep__msr.zip: data for identification of L (probing pattern diameter) raw_data__MINFLUX__L-Sweep__npy.zip: tracks from L-Sweep in numpy .npy format raw_data__MINFLUX__production__msr.zip : data from production run raw_data__MINFLUX__production__npy.zip : production tracks in .npy format raw_data__SPT.zip : all SPT tracks as .xml files data.zip : processed data set and other useful things, everything HDF5 20250411_chromatin_dynamics_all_data.h5 : full data set (MINFLUX + SPT + SRLCI) used for analysis in the paper 20250327_(fitres|mci)_NPFit_aGparam_(U2OS|mESC).h5 : results of Bayesian fitting 2022_Fbn2_full_data.h5 : SRLCI data set from (Gabriele 2022), for convenience
