To explore the effects of PAMK on MTEC1 cell proliferation, we first determined PAMK concentration that could promote MTEC1 cell proliferation, and then detected the effects of PAMK on the expression profiles of lncRNA, miRNA and mRNA of MTEC1 cells by RNA-seq. Overall design: The PAMK concentration that promoted the proliferation of MTEC1 cells was determined according to CCK-8 and EdU tests, and then 3 samples of MTEC1 cells treated with PAMK for 12h and 3 samples of MTEC1 cells cultured for 6h were collected under this concentration for RNA-SEQ analysis.
