Transcriptomic analysis confirms the trophoblast identity of the naïve pluripotent stem cell derived TSC cultures by comparing to the placenta derived TSC culture. Overall design: The deposited data are RNAsequencing data of human trophoblast stem cells. The study comprises six human naive pluripotent stem cell derived trophoblast stem cell cultures (HNES1, niPSC2, niPSC4) and one placenta derived trophoblast stem cell culture (CT27). Each culture has two biological dupicates.
