In addition， the length in a blade length direction of the recessed face 14b or the like is set to be 30% to 65% of the blade length of the super-hard chip 14 or the like， and the length between the outside end of the step parts 14g or the like and the inside end of the inside front face 14c or the like is set to be 20% to 40% of the blade length of the super-hard chip 14 or the like.
