CANdata15k dataset

Select carbon neutrality event related data from Encyclopedia from 2017 to 2022 as the data source for data collection. Analyzing the URLs of relevant websites to obtain a way to retrieve historical events, we adopted the method provided by the Requests library to collect carbon neutrality data by constructing URLs.
