AI-Generated PostgreSQL Migration: Curated Reviewer Evidence

Curated reviewer evidence for the study of AI-generated PostgreSQL schema migrations. The restricted archive AI-DB-migration-DSJ-restricted-review-evidence-20260930.zip contains 1,665 files (SHA-256 aff42f6ba2f914308a6bac9510aa1f7ea38848293b77034ffaa930dce48eddf2). It preserves 19 public task contracts, 189 generated submissions, frozen protocol and evaluation code, summaries for 1,239 executed stationary states and 133 operational evaluations, same-code replay inputs and comparisons for 177 evaluable bundles and 1,239 states, operational provenance witnesses, and a separate post hoc SQL contract probe for ten Gold-failing submissions and three passing controls across 78 repeated states. Same-code replay had no recorded mismatch; the separate probe supports limited contract violations in seven failing submissions and does not validate all Gold labels. Three disputed failure mechanisms do not establish a defect under the public contract. T06-R01 lacks its original submitted-bundle snapshot; O02/O06 have no adjudicable operational outcomes. The approximately 5 GB original archive, full database snapshots and event streams, model conversations, credentials, host logs, and the author portrait are not included.
