Morphology Analysis of CEC using SQQQ media

This data set offers information of a size and shape (morphology) analysis preformed on White New Zeland rabbit corneal endothelium cells (CEC) through 3 passages using a SQQQ culture media sequence. tThis information was obtained by three indpendent users with NIH Image J (free license software) Shape Descriptors. We also provide the images from where the data was obtained and the Annova results for the three indpenden users that carried out the analysis. <br><br>S= stimulatory media, Q=Quiescent media.
