资源简介:
This study explores the adaptability of Trichoderma spp. to salt stress, emphasizing its potential as a biocontrol agent in saline-affected agricultural environments. Utilizing strains isolated from mangrove lands, we performed a comprehensive transcriptome analysis under both control and hypersaline conditions (3% NaCl). Our results reveal significant differential expression in genes associated with metabolic processes, catalytic activities, and oxidoreductase activities. The study provides valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms of salt tolerance in Trichoderma spp., highlighting its role in maintaining antagonistic potential against plant pathogens even under saline stress. This research supports the use of Trichoderma spp. as an effective strategy for enhancing plant resilience and agricultural productivity in salt-affected areas.
