Geodetically Constrained Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Assessment for Guatemala

A probabilistic seismic hazard model for Guatemala is presented, incorporating geodetic information from the subduction zone and major faults (Polochic–Chixoy, Motagua, and Jalpatagua). This repository includes the components that modify the seismic source model of the KUKAHPÁN-25 seismic hazard model (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jsames.2025.105630). The reproducibility of the seismic hazard model presented as a novel contribution in this study, which integrates geodetic constraints, is ensured. The information corresponding to the classical zoned model for Guatemala, used as the starting point, is available in the dedicated repository of the KUKAHPÁN-25 model.
