A data repository to accompany the paper "Imaging Of Subsurface Vacancies In Ceria Using Atomic Electron Tomography". Version 1 Includes: Simulated tilt series and reconstruction. Experimental ADF and iDPC tilt series. Experimental filtered and unfiltered reconstructions. PTM coordinate analysis results of a cropped region. Version 2 Includes: A .pkl file (CeandOPos_afterCubic100Refine.pkl) containing: The reconstructed volume, cropped to the region of interest around a vacancy cluster, rotated such that the cubic axes are the<100> directions. The rotation matrix, used to assign predicted O positions and rotate the volume. The pixel size. The origin for the rotation. The categorised atomic coordinates, in angstrom, for both the rotated volume and the original volume.
