Hybrid green anole ddRADseq data

ddRADseq data for n = 70 hybrid green anoles (Anolis carolinensis x Anolis porcatus) collected in and around South Miami, FL, n = 16 pure A. carolinensis, and n = 15 pure A. porcatus. These data were used to study patterns of introgression in the hybrid zone and to test for a relationship between anthropogenic habitat disturbance and non-native ancestry.
