A quantitative model of a phenotypically variable genetic defect Code and supporting data accompanying "A quantitative model of a phenotypically variable genetic defect" (Simpkins et al., 2026).Raw microscopy data has been deposited in the BioImage Archive (accession number S-BIAD3774). Binary masks of tracheal branches and nuclear DSRF::sfGFP intensity data are included here. The code implements the following analyses: 1. Statistical modeling of larval endpoint data using a liability-threshold framework fit by Bayesian inference.2. Live imaging shape analysis of dorsal branch morphology and DSRF::sfGFP fluorescence dynamics.3. Puncta quantification of pYtag measurements of FGFR activation.Further details are in README.md
