This is the dataset used in the tutorial "Coincidence Analysis: An Alternative Method for Studying Causal Complexity in IS Research".
Data was collected through an online survey among German public administrations. We measured external customer orientation (CE), internal customer orientation (CI), continuous improvement (EC), process innovation (EI), accountability (RA), commitment (RC), formal structures (TF), informal structures (TI), organizational digital innovation capabilities (ODIC), and organizational digitalization barriers (ODB). All values are mean-based indices calculated from five to ten items per construct.
