资源简介:
The research focuses on developing an automated sequential solid-phase microextraction (SPME) strategy to address the displacement effect in food samples, particularly for analyzing volatile compounds in beer. The study introduces a two-step extraction process using different SPME coatings to first remove high-affinity nonpolar compounds before extracting polar analytes, which improves extraction efficiency. This method, integrated with GC–MS analysis, eliminates the need for manual intervention, making it more practical for automated food analysis. The results show enhanced detection of polar compounds while maintaining quantification accuracy for nonpolar ones.Data contains a ReadMe.txt file.
